yeah, i'm not saying the Titans will beat those teams, but i haven't seen much from those teams that says the Titans can't. Houston might be the only team of the three who could be better this year.

Eh... Detroit could conceivably, the other two won't be better, of course that doesn't mean they will be worse either.

The Titans will have the best defense in the division this year. I'm excited to see what dinger will bring to the offense

After last years debacle here in Jax, the kicker pulled a muscle in warmups, the Jags will be ready. I'm telling yall, the Jaguars are going to be hell this year.:)

The Jags were one of the best teams in the NFL last year, they will absolute dismantle the Titans in Jax. I really can't see the Titans pulling the game in Nashville out either.
You probably expected the Titans to get swept by the Colts and Jags over the last two years too.

They didn't pummel the Titans in Jacksonville last year, I'm not sure why they are so special now.

The Jags didn't have a kicker and they lost by 3 hmmm. Also DG just got the QB job 8 days before that.

The Jags didn't have their starting QB and blew the Titans out in Nashvegas. Yes they are better:good!:

15 points isn't really a blowout. And it isn't the kickers fault the Titans ran for 282 yards in Jacksonville.

No but the Jags had the ball on the 20 yard line and had to go for it on 4th. They won by 3. So yeah it's the kickers fault.

By the way, you can credit the Titans for beating the Colts last year but, how long did Peyton play? That's what I thought.

It isn't like the Colts dominated the Titans when Peyton was playing the first time the teams met.

So the Jags definitely would have won with the starting kicker. There is no chance that he would have missed or the Titans would have continued to run all over the Jags in overtime.

Your awesome defense got beasted on by Chris freaking Brown who isnt even in the league now. Lendale and Chris Johnson will make your boys wish they had learned some run defense.

You'll see, our defense will be back this year. They had a down year last season. No doubt about it.

You better hope Lendale and Johnson can do something cause VY aint getting it done.

VY has taken a team with almost no super star offensive players to the playoffs two years in a row. I think that speaks for itself.

They made the playoffs in '06? Huh, no they didn't.

San Diego, Indy, NE, Bal, Wildcard teams were NYJ, and KC

You might want to see what's in that VY Coolaid, it's going to your head.:p

Im amazed they even had the record they did last year, considering the mediocre offensive output, especially in that division. VY regressed and this year's draft class seems suspect at best. Liek the G Men, Tennesse's awesome pass rush carried the weight of the team. We'll see how a new OC pans out, but I have my doubts with the Texans seemignly on the cusp of putting it together. It's just one more bear to have to face.

If the Titans continue at the rate they're going. Within 2 years they'll annually compete for one of the 3 worst records in the AFC. Notice how I said if they continue at this rate, there's still hope, but it's fading

Once again, the Titans will be lucky to finish with a winning record. The defense absolutely, whole heartedly, saved them last year. This a big year for Vince Young. If he has the type of year he had last year, then it will be a long year for the Titans. You have to wonder how long Fisher is going to be around. The Titans, since he has been coach, are the darlings of mediocrity...at BEST. I am saying 8-8. 7-9 is more likely than 9-7. And don't expect them to make the playoffs. Both Indy and Jacksonville are better teams and both are in the division. Two wildcards coming from the same division is uncommon and won't happen this year. The teams in the AFC, with little question, better than the Titans: Colts, Patriots, Chargers, Steelers, Jaguars and Browns. Probably better.....Broncos and Jets

The Titans just had a damn good draft and they're a better team than they ended the season with. You guys saying they'll compete for worst record in the AFC are showing your idiocy.

We will improve from last year for sure.... The Titans had the 3rd best defense in all the NFL and we only upgraded that this year by bringin in Kearse. Losing Laboy and Antwan Odom hurt a little but damn when you wait 4 years for someone to have a decent season like they did then its not much of a loss.

The offense will be a whole lot better now that we lost dumbass Norm Chow and that ****** ass play calling that he had.
Vince has actually been working on his footwork and the recievers got back Himerdinger. We brought in one of the best Tight ends in the game with Crumpler. And we brought back McCareins.
We have the Defense we did when we went to the Super Bowl. If the offense makes some plays this year that we lacked last year we will be a lot better then people think.
