True. I'm no baseball expert, but I've always thought that Pena would be the next Adam Dunn. Hitting homeruns is valuable, but when you go up and just swing for the parking lot everytime you're going to get your bombs. In the process will be a million K's, bad fielding, and the slowest running speed imaginable.

Heck, Ryan Howard isn't a whole lot away from that category.

Of course Crawford is a special player, but 142 mill is the most for any outfielder EVER.

I will say that the Sox will be getting more productive years out of CC than the Yanks will from Lee.

I despise the amount of money people are getting because of these bidding wars. It's truly insanity.

Well, im not getting upset about this. Trusted this front office so far. Hoping this is a way to free up some money for a DH.

Bummed to see Guyer and Archer go. Two of the nicest guys I met when working with the Smokies. Hope they get a shot in Tampa.

Rays got some good prospects and freed up a spot for Helly, good deal for them. Not to mention, some scouts think Lee will be better than Castro.

Jays trade Vernon Wells (and his massive contract) to Angels for Mike Napoli. Very interested to see more details of this trade. Either the Jays are paying for most of Wells' contract or they gave up a top prospect as well.
