We are not losing to Georgia this season. As a matter of fact, Da'Rick is going to cram all the hate he got for not going to UG right down their throats. The only concern we will have is DR being ejected or having a TD called back due to his on field jawing with the DBs. Giving payback from last season. But we won't lose to Georgia.
Nice call...Da'Rick is really going to eat uga for breakfast. The only concern is that he is a thug and was kicked off the team. We wont beat uga in Athens unless our running game vastly improves...which is unlikely.
Putting bias aside, Vandy didn't do so bad last night. I was surprised how often they blew through the SC OL. They didn't quite stop the QB from gaining yards with his feet but their pass defense was better than I expected. There's probably a reason Spurrier stayed on the ground so much, maybe the Vandy pass defense was why. Even though Lattimore got 100+ yards, the VU defense was very surprising in how they swarmed to the ball and prevented many long runs. I was expecting Lattimore to score 3 or more TDs with long runs and slam bam bull rushes. In fact, that's what I wanted to see because I detest Franklin so much. But Vandy just may be ready to play SEC football this season. Yes, I know it's the first game and all that but they looked like they were on a mission. All the same, their offense doesn't seem ready yet. The SC front line defense was gassed several times in the game and VU didn't score on them. So while the VU defenses looks a whole lot better than I imagined it would, the offense seems very stagnant.
Would anyone else like to eat their crow now?According to Getyopopcornready...

RM bumping all the old threads to serve crow this morning! I can't believe these people had their head buried so far in the sand. I even predicted 7-5 and it's looking like I was overly optimistic. What a joke.
The only reason I'm doing it is because they were overly critical of the people ising common sense to make predictions.
Do you realize there are only 5 games left? There is almost no chance Tennessee wins all 5. They can't consistently get 11 players on the field.I said 8-4, and I still believe it was possible. We gave UGA and MSU away. We had the talent to win both of those games in a shootout, but we didn't have the will. This team's biggest problem is mental. We're just not tough and we can't handle adversity. That and the inexplicable inability to line up right and tackle. Ever. From anywhere on the field.
