Another instate junior added a Tennessee scholarship Friday when Nashville athlete Vic Wharton received one when talking to tight ends coach Mark Elder and head coach Butch Jones.

I think where we are is more a case of Dooley turning kids off and not recruiting well, versus kids not excited for BJ.
