The only name of the three that are considered for his services that hasn't been mentioned as possibly being out is Tennessee. That has to feel good.

What I keep going back on also. Supposedly Duke thinks they're out, supposedly reliable UF guys think they're out. According to Rob Lewis our staff feels they're still in it and very optimistic...

i concur with that in NC same township they have 2 teams named the panthers park tudor and them oif course i always thought that was weird.

Didn't something similar happen with Kiffin and a Florida recruit? School wouldn't let that student use the fax because he was going to Tennessee instead of Florida.

I really doubt Looney was planning on having an entire school assembly for his announcement. Probably just a small group of family and friends, like every other recruit does.

Just spoke to my buddy Chris whose a huge Duke fan. He's been on multiple Duke sites talking about where Looney ends up and he doesn't seem confident at all that they'll land him. Neither does the rest of the Duke fans. He honestly thinks it's a Tennessee/Florida battle now.

Ok just scoured the Florida boards, trying to do a little catching up ok break:

That Bullis guy who Florida people seem to trust says he's hearing Tennessee

Whoever this Celtics guy is that Florida fans trust is also saying Tennessee

Russ the mod on Florida's rival site said that Duke felt confident, but now is just hoping. They are actually more confident now in landing Winslow than Looney, so they appear to definitely be fading.

lol, I'm picturing some of the hoome ech girls and auto body guys from my old high school sitting in on a basketball players college announcment. Doubt their would be much interest huh.
