I was just checking out the remaining schedules...UGA's schedule the rest of the way is brutal...ours isn't great either, but there's is tougher and Mizzou is falling back down to earth, we have them last series of the year.

Just looking ahead a bit...

I'm feeling good about spot #12........that is if you can feel good for the 12th spot. I know I'm optimistic, but we could cause a stir in Hoover, I'm liking Luc Lipcius in the lineup.

Yeah, he's doing well! Really you can't ask for much more from the young guys...the older guys save Martin and JRog need to step up...it's crazy to say, but if they could just somehow get on a little run...I do this every year, hoping on hope.

The pitching was impressive this weekend, 6 pitchers for 30+ innings and without KS, JW or JL, they kept us in the hunt all weekend, all you can really ask 3 upperclassmen and 3 freshmen...Gotta find some offense somehow.

I checked them after the Auburn series and felt better about our chances for Hoover. But as OT said, about as good as you can feel for competing for 12th. Not that it is a factor, but Bama's schedule is also brutal.

Hoping for a repeat of last year's series with Vandy this weekend.

Not good. Georgia just hit a stand slam to go up 4 on Kentucky in the 8th. They are playing better as of late.
