Likely a “token” pick. Saw him pitch once this spring. He is a firey and competitive kid. Looks to be built for the bullpen....will definitely help there.

Hard to believe someone didn’t at least take a chance on Neeley. CTV really has some issues making this roster work now because i think Lingo is back and they will only lose 3-4 of the HS signees. Get ready for those redshirts!

Also, anyone know what’s up with Soto? He wasn’t listed on the FIU roster.

I know I left a few out but that is where I think most innings would come from.

He had TJ Surgery in 2017, so the only thing I can think of was that he was planning on playing, but didn't get back to full strength...he was in the season preview...once they realized he couldn't help them...but I'm not sure.

Wow according to twitter, Mitchell Parker has signed with San Jacinto Juco. Looks like he was going to sign all along, but the draft didn’t go his way. Seems like he doesn’t want to be at UT for three years and would rather try the draft again next year after one season at San Jacinto.
