From what others have said it appears Parker will go pro or to San Jacinto.

Not sure about Soulaire.. Guess it depends how much bonus pool money the Cardinals save and how many other picks will need to go over slot.

Seen another post where someone said English has already signed? He probably has just committed to signing IMO

Yes. I posted a tweet yesterday that said just under 99% of drafts inside the top 10 rounds sign

Thanks to Baseball America draft database.
In the drafts from 2014 to 2017.
First five rounds overall.
647 of the 661 drafted signed. 97.9%
All 34 of JUCO's drafted during that span signed.

Earliest one we can hope to keep is Giulbe. Parker gone. I expect all others to sign. I’ll create a thread tracking the bonus pools for our commits when I get time.

I’d assume that’s the case. I just saw on twitter he already said he was going to sign. Soularie just tweeted that he is not signing and coming to campus.

I was looking at Duncan Pence and Wil Dalton’s stats from sophomore year of JUCO. I think Dalton played a few less games but I was surprised at how similar they were. It would be great if Pence could stay on the right path and have similar success. I threw in the other JUCO stats just for comparison.

Pence- .377avg 14HR 77RBI
Dalton- .392avg 15HR 58RBI

Soularie- .404avg 10HR 47RBI
Hoehner- .360avg 5HR 38RBI
Gray (Freshman stats)- .344avg 7HR 50RBI

Ornelas 3(91) $622,800
Ashby 4(125) $438,300
English 5(151) $340,300

All others can get $125,000 without the teams dipping into bonus pool money.

Biggest difference between pence and Dalton are ball parks. 15 hrs at Columbia state is a lot more impressive

He says we're losing 5...said Ashby was toughest to take, would have been best lefty in the SEC next year...

doesn't seem 100% on Lingo...he says the Nationals throw around money, he'll be in the Cape and the Nationals will have somebody there...he says Lingo has told his team mates he's coming back...he says Lingo could be a first rounder...ricky martinez?
