They do but there are also a lot of circumstances we may not know about. We had a player sign a few years ago that wasn’t ever going to get accepted into school. He signed for a lot less than what he should have because he didn’t have a choice. Another local kid that committed to a “neighboring” sec school had the same issue. A 14 on the ACT ain’t gonna cut it.So many kids get really bad advice. It’s a shame

We had two recruits last year that had the same deal. One signed and was always going too , the other went juco. Both got drafted way after they should have. Why? They had no bargaining power. Congrats Zach! Does anyone remember what the offer was out of Hs from the Yankees? Monetarily, might not have been the best choice coming to UT but hopefully the college experience, education and maturity will offset the difference in $$.
