I know and I get seniors have no leverage...still, it’s just so ridiculously, patently unfair. I used to be a purist about it “gotta pay your dues”, not anymore.

The signing bonus doesn’t Bother me but the Salary is criminal

I personally like the VBF1 thought of having a rule for how far under you can go underslot. Like 100K to 200K.

Unfortunately I don’t see it ever happening. The draft has created a pretty big rivalry between schools and organizations. They are essentially recruiting against one another. It would be the MLB players association that would really have to take a stand on this. It just seems the organizations hold all the leverage for college players. Minor league coaches don’t make a lot of money and there is much better instruction and player development in the college game. The statistics are really starting to show that the college route is much safer.

yep, the fix is in...don't really see MLB doing anything at all to change, why should they....we need a revolution...that should do it...
