Judicial Watch Sues Pennsylvania for 800K Inactive Voters on Voter Rolls

Judicial Watch, a watchdog organization, has filed a lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania for having more than 800,000 inactive voters on its voter rolls.

In its lawsuit, Judicial Watch alleges that Pennsylvania has kept more than 800,000 inactive voter registrations on the books despite National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) orders that mandate states periodically clean their voter rolls.

According to the lawsuit, Buck County has about 457,000 registered voters on their rolls and, in the last two years, has only removed a total of eight inactive voters.

Likewise, the lawsuit alleges that Chester County, with 357,000 registered voters, has only removed five inactive voters. Delaware County, with 403,000 registered voters, has removed only four inactive voters in the last two years, the lawsuit claims.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement:

Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections — that’s one reason why we’re going to court to force Pennsylvania to follow federal law to clean up its voting rolls. Pennsylvania has to take the simple steps necessary to clean from its rolls the names of voters … who probably have moved away or died.​

The lawsuit also alleges that Pennsylvania has an “abnormally high percentage” of voter registrations compared to their eligible voting population. Judicial Watch officials call the high rate of registrations an indicator “that the jurisdiction is not taking steps required by law to cancel the registrations of ineligible registrants.”

In January, Allegheny County — which encompasses Pittsburgh — removed about 69,000 inactive registered voters from its voter rolls after Judicial Watch threatened to sue county officials for failing to clean its rolls.

But Bernie’s moved on, to the degree that he actually endorsed Mr. Establishment, Joe Biden.

And now some of those Sanders supporters just can’t follow the leader anymore.

According to a USA Today/Suffolk poll, almost a quarter of Americans who were behind Bernie balk at backing Biden.

Nearly 1 in 4 Sanders supporters (22%) said they would vote for a third party candidate, vote for President Donald Trump, not vote in November or were undecided about who to vote for.​

As for the Sand(ers) Man’s Democratic defectors, here’s how it breaks down: Two percent said they’d vote for Trump, 8% indicated they’d go the third party route, 8% colored themselves undecided, and 2% claimed they’d skip voting altogether.


Still, obviously, this leaves a hair more than three-quarters camping with Joe Biden. But the huggy, kissy, sniffy man needs all the help he can get. That 22% could prove important.

Rutgers Professor Brittney Cooper: ‘f*** Each and Every Trump Supporter’

Rutgers University Professor Brittney Cooper unleashed a tirade at supporters of President Donald Trump in a social media thread this week. In response to the recent campaign to end Chinese virus shutdowns, Cooper posted, “**** each and every Trump supporter.”

According to a report by Campus Reform, Rutgers University Associate Professor of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Brittney Cooper came under fire this week after taking aim at Trump supporters in a lengthy Twitter thread.


“I am saying some obvious things this morning because as a country we are too good at skipping over the audience and we might as well say this to people as often as we can. **** each and every Trump supporter. You all absolutely did this. You are to blame,” Cooper wrote in one tweet.

Professor Cooper has a history of bizarre remarks. In October 2019, Cooper argued during an interview on Oprah’s television network that the policies of the Trump administration have led to high levels of obesity for Black women.​

​

“I hate when people talk about Black women being obese. I hate it because it becomes a way to blame us for a set of conditions that we didn’t create,” Cooper said. “We are living in the Trump era. And look, those policies kill our people. You can’t get access to good health care, good insurance.”​
