I'm sure they will use couriers in neighborhoods to collect the ballots and hot foot them to the voting precinct. You can't expect people who can't get to the county clerk's office / DMV to obtain a voter ID to go to the post office. Of course if the Low Income $10 cable bill is over due and service is about to be cut you'll find them standing in line at Comcast to pay part of their bill.

Exactly. This whole "voter enthusiasm" polling is nonsense. A person's motive behind their vote is irrelevant. You don't have to explain your vote after you have made it. You just have to vote. Whether a voter is motivated to vote through finding inspiration with one candidate, or that voter is motivated to vote through disgust with another is meaningless. It only matters that the voter is motivated to vote... and actually does it.

Outside of people working in the fields slinging lettuce I cant think of a single job that pays only minimum wage. Waiters and Waitresses dont count since they work for tips and never report that income. Most of them are well over $15 an hour and they dont even know it. The $15 an hour thing is one of the biggest hoax/myths perpetuated by left wingers, right next to "the wage gap".

If they work in a tip share restaurant, they have to definitely report them. They can end up losing money in certain instances.
