The media decided that it was going to forgo its role as a government watch dog for the protection of the people and true journalism turning to profit operations as a business model instead . This is why I believe their protection in the constitution should come with a caveat , they have to be 95% fact based and verifiable reported articles , 5% opinion pieces and the opinions have to be stated before the articles as such not just grouped under a heading or they lose the ability to be categorized as media with its privileges .

It’s not a good thing for anyone when the MSM completely ruins any ounce of integrity that they had...even my dad who is getting near 70..... doesn’t care that much about either side as far as politics goes but loves his nightly news.... he can pinpoint lies... bias .... and manipulation from them on a nightly basis.

I wish we could fix it..... I would actually like to know the facts and what is really happening instead of them trying to manipulate my belief system.

They forfeited any sign of being objective during the barry years but it's been way worse during Trump's term. I don't care about their protections when they push fake conspiracies and lie daily.

Seems like a legit story when it's run by former high ranking GOP strategists (one of whom is married to a Trump administration official) who have philosophical differences with what the GOP has become and are now helping get a Democrat elected. And they make some of the most talked about ads during the campaign cycle.

Pete dropped out the Sunday night before Super Tuesday (we on the campaign found out Sunday afternoon) and endorsed Biden. Amy dropped out Monday before Super Tuesday and endorsed Biden.
The Saturday before Super Tuesday Pete attended a rally we organized in downtown Nashville before heading to a rally in Virginia that night. This was the same day as the SC primary when Biden completely dominated the results. Late that night and the next day the campaign figured out we didn't have the numbers to meaningfully compete, so Pete dropped out. There is a lot of bad blood between the Pete and Bernie campaigns, so there was absolutely no surprise when Pete endorsed Biden.
