I’ve seen some analyst comments that are saying Trump still has a chance. Don’t know if this factors in cheating though.

A community has to have shared values to survive, we no longer have that. We are almost 50/50 with polar opposite ideas.

I'm convinced this will happen if we don't get a handle on social media influence. Recently listened to Tristan Harris on Rogan and it's one of the most eye-opening and depressing ones I've ever heard. Social media is designed to keep people in their echo chamber as that causes engagement.

I’ll actually defend UBI in this regard. It’s better than welfare because it doesn’t disincentivize work. You still get the money no matter how much you work or earn.

The issue is the next guy will get elected by promising more and more money.

Did you read the articles that stated it was a failed experiment? If im getting paid 1200 a month and my basic needs are met what is my incentive to look for a job?

I pray you are right. No more Trump hate rhetoric and division, and maintaining the Senate will not upset the conservative court. I would love some science in charge of the pandemic and not Trump and a guy who talks to RT, and doesn't realize it. Between all in our family, we know five people who have died, so it means something to me.

UBI, Universal healthcare, creation of new states, no cuts or elimination of bloated govt programs, packing courts, elimination of the EC, legislation against certain speech, longer list of “hate crimes”, ever increasing taxes to pay for UBI, reparations, climate change initiatives etc.. when all this has created a virtual single party state and the US has ground to a halt economically and freedoms have been wiped out under this type of political maneuvering and policy....who of you on the left will speak up? Who of you on the left will do anything at all to change it? Because what’s listed above is a modern day Marxist wet dream. I make 1400 a month from the VA right now because I’m a full time student. I still work and actually work what would be considered overtime for my job (I’m teaching during my planning period for extra cash).

But I think you’re misunderstanding my post. UBI 100% disincentives work to a lesser degree than welfare because you can work and still get UBI.

I’m not in any way supporting UBI. I’m stating that in that 1 area it is indisputably better than welfare
