Without looking it up, I think the GOP had a majority in both house and senate in the elections from 2000-2006 with GW Bush and again during Trump's first two years. I would have to look up results prior to 2000.

Problem is there is a lot of reason to not trust any of those numbers in PA. Doesn't matter if they media declares it for Biden. It will be investigated due to everything happening there.
