To me we need more like the young lad below in DC and less with the "high class" mentality View attachment 320877
Respectfully disagree. The Constitution states in Article 1, Section 4 simply that it’s up to each state to determine “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections.” "Holding elections" does not necessarily state how votes are tabulated. This could easily be amended much like voting rights have been amended. Perhaps we should also go back to the original "voice vote" when people had to go to the polls and publicly declare who they were voting for. Point being... when the founders wrote the constitution fraud was not an issue because the voting process was essentially the same in every state. Look at the mess we have now.
having been an adult at that time I can tell you that it was because the good ole USA had a near decade of losing from Vietnam through gas lines through a major recession and he basically said F-this, we are the best country on the planet and let's act like it. He did a major (and long needed) reform of the tax code, he reversed the national mentality of we suck to we don't suck or at least don't suck that much and his policies led to the demise of the Soviet Union.
the biggest downside is he launched the era of massive deficits
other than that, yes he was a celebrity
I’m telling you, Twitter is there only as a vapid echo chamber. Take everything with a massive grain of salt.
