I don't think enough votes will be changed to make a difference but do I think there was some fraud? probably....I think the Dems mailed out millions of unsolicited ballots and sent paid harvesters, with incentives, out to get them filled out. The Dems also tried to sneak paid harvesting into the stimulus package..we need to investigate and see if all these mail order increased ballots are legit...that should be a bipartisan concern

The "state" is it's citizens and nobody granted them rights, they are simply codified by the constitution. If the citizens of a state are fine with their elected officials allowing vote by mail and the federal government steps in and outlaws that practice it is taking the right of self governance away from the state (the citizens).

I guess I didn't realize you were the type that liked to play word games, which is all your first sentence is.

As to your second point, I'm fairly certain that it wasn't the republican citizens that were in favor of the PA Supreme Court allowing votes to arrive 3 days late and still be counted, especially those with no post mark to be "presumed to have been mailed by Election Day" unless there was strong evidence to suggest otherwise. So in this case it is the PA Democratic Party that is taking rights away from many of it's citizens, with the other citizens turning a blind eye because it fits their agenda.
