Not sure he would bc America is not in dispute with any of the nations he communicated with. Not a lawyer but that word "dispute" seems to be fundamental in the definition.

And nobody gives af anyway bc Flynn was never prosecuted for violating the Logan.

All of DC and especially the FBI is breathing easier. It's safe when back in the hands of an insider. Too many skeletons in the closet for any insider to go off the reservation and want to clean things up. We need to keep electing outsiders, but both parties are probably scrambling to prevent another slip up like Trump pulled on them. Don't bet against more efforts against uppity wannabes like the Green Party, too.

I'm just pointing out the absurdity in qualifying citizens of a country as xyz-American like it's some kind of merit badge. And the point that our "native Americans" aren't actually native to this country or continent. As far as I've determined, Indians - the ones over near the Indian Ocean do acknowledge they are Asian. Doesn't mean they get along with other Asians though - India is buying new fighter aircraft specifically to counter the Chinese. The Chinese and Indians have been at odds over their border in Asia for a very long time.

Biden did it the right way while Trump decided to ignore state and federal guidelines and hold super spreader events to soothe his fragile ego. Further proof that he could care less about the health and well being of the MAGA cult.

Yet democrats put social distancing on hold to mob streets by the thousands to celebrate Biden being called winner. So democrats don't care either, right?

I have an interest in the digital forensics of this supposed election fraud, so this caught my eye. I haven't verified this, but if the claims are true, it'll be explosive. I need to look at the data and his scripts to verify any further. I'm posting this as example of how the supposed fraud could and probably would be exposed.

Again, the forensic law is the same for digital forensics as it is for physical forensics "If you touch it, you will leave evidence behind".

He claims to have parsed the data feed from election database to the NYT and found every data glitch where votes were taken from Donal Trump and either given to Joe Biden, given to Jorgenson, or taken from Trump and just plain "lost".

This is only a few hours old.

(For the unitiated, .json data is a structured data type commonly used to feed from databases and, being structured, is very easy to parse and analyze via scripts and data analysis tools. If the official elections were updating media streams such as electoral maps and live broadcasts, this is how they would most likely have done it.)

Bidens crime bill was a bipartisan crime bill. The CBC wrote a large part of the crime bill. As Biden so eloquently said, the intent of the bill was misapplied on the state level. There were more blacks released from jail under the Obama Administration than under donald, but donald feels the need to try and pander to black people as if we would vote for him. Turns out there are about 12% that vote republican no matter what.
