The process is that a campaign sues for a recount by presenting evidence. The court eithe orders that fraudulent votes are removed and election recounted based on the evidence, or rejects the evidence. As with any other lawsuit, the campaigns can appeal all the way up.

All of these articles that are claiming "no recount" because of win/loss margin are disingenuous.

BS. Other than information on "how to, where to vote" stuff available on state sites, there's virtually nothing on the EAC site - just contact stuff. If they are so into "secure elections", they sure offer no proof of it. This is typical bureaucrat blather protecting a do nothing job with no substantiating backup. "We're telling you we protected your election - made it safe and secure" without any evidence than "because we say so".

Cook Report doesn't think that Dems can hold the house with redistricting following the Census
..I'll go a step forward and say if the GOP can get it to 4-5 after this election some Blue Dogs might switch parties and give them control earlier

I’m a blue dog that switched to independent so I would not blame them. We are not compatible with the Democrats anymore

This is the future. No election will be won, it will be stolen. No matter if there’s any evidence to support the accusation or not. It’s been happening since the 2000 Presidential election and it will only get worse. There will be Trump supporters who will believe until the day that they die that the election was stolen based on nothing but Twitter conspiracies.

Obviously Democrats are no better. they’ve blamed every loss of the past two decades on some sort of conspiracy. In November 2018, the Economist/Youguv conducted a poll in which 67% of Democrats said that they believed that the Russians manipulated votes in order to get Trump elected. Think about that, not even the most batsh*t crazy member of the House of Representatives has claimed such a thing, yet two-thirds of the average voter thinks
that.

That is ridiculous. There aren't any "blue dog" Democrats anymore. Our own Heath Shuler from North Carolina was one of the very last. That term has become outdated. Specifically, who is going to switch parties? You don't even know. Your posts are a combination of misinformation, wishful thinking and pure ignorance. You are the oblivious, bubble-headed cheerleader celebrating your team's touchdown with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter... with your team trailing 52-17.

Bernie Sanders never claimed that there were any votes ever cast for him, which were then changed to an opponent. Bernie Sanders never claimed that the voting tallies were inaccurate. The Democratic Party establishment was strongly opposed to his being the nominee of the party and they threw their support to Clinton and Biden, but that isn't the same thing as voter fraud. You are either making an intellectually dishonest argument, or you simply don't know what you are talking about.
