I know that she has called Flynn's prosecution something like the most egregious misjustice and argued that the Judge be removed. By default I would take that as an argument that he didn't do anything wrong.

I really meant all of Hollywood. I do realize there are some intelligent people there - probably some actually worth knowing, but on the whole they are on a different plane from most people, so I don't see much in common as far as advice they have to offer. Me: Restrictions on carrying concealed is not the same as forcing you to give up your guns. That's an important parsing.

What about displaying guns on your front steps when a rowdy crowd is roaming up and down your street? Personally - and this is just me - except for the neighboring houses in the line of fire, I think a 50 cal machine gun would be most appropriate for the situation - a real crowd grabber. If homes have big enough from yards, maybe a M-79 grenade launcher to minimize collateral damage would be a better option.

I know you don't normally jump on my azz unless you are fairly convinced I'm off base. So, I'll say, without immediately rereading the exchange, that she didn't claim the miscarriage of justice was solely or explicitly related to the exchange with an official of a foreign government.

Well, I haven't jumped yet, but anyway...

Flynn was talking with the Russian Ambassador and (allegedly) it was about Russia not responding to the Obama sanctions that were imposed because of the alleged interference.

Nothing specific was said about lifting them nor did he admit that. His "crime" was lying to the FBI. That's the crux of her case.

Also she is claiming the Judge is not impartial in the case. Which he kinda has been.
