Are you at all familiar with software firmware and hardware configuration control requirements on certified hardware like say the military sensors I work on and.... oh... government election machines?

I know how stringent our process is and I guess theirs might be worse. And if it’s found to be deficient configuration control and traceability then that throws the whole output integrity into question.

But that is just on the support side where you have configuration management built software and firmware baselines and hardware manufacturing sequence numbers/serial numbers in a specific system “as built” list tracing back to the hardware revision control list defining the end item and every assembly within.

This isn’t uncommon this is how the airlines build aircraft and how crash investigators conduct examinations of the crash material. But yet the 737MAX still flew with that rotten auto trim assist software doing exactly what it was designed to do

All of that work however doesn’t examine the source code that went into the software or firmware builds or the schematics for the electronic assemblies. So it’s great that GA did their audit and determined their systems are as specified by the mfgr. But that in no way certifies that the machines cannot do exactly what Sidney Powell is claiming.
