I enjoy reading it. Seriously. If my wife wasn't gone right now, I wouldn't be paying as much attention to it. Her mother is 94 and recently broke her hip. Amazingly, she's recovering quite well, but Nicole needs to be there to help with the process.
Please follow your rehab schedule and heal properlyOuch. Hope mom pulls thru man that’s a bad issue for a 94 year old it’s awesome your wife is there to get her thru it that makes all the difference in the world. I’m out for three more weeks on medical LOA due to shoulder surgery and literally have nothing else to do.
To be consistent, this is stupid. Votes were counted and recounted. If Rep. Hart has evidence of malfeasance she should prove it in court. She can't because she has no evidence.
Losers, that lose, R or D, should accept those losses and go home. Losing by 1 or 6 or 20k is a loss.
I’m trying but do you have any idea how hard it is to NOT use your arm? The issue is the biceps tendon repair. The Dr wants me to just let my arm hang and not move the lower arm or hand. Damn near impossible. The shoulder joint is self governing. I have no range of motion and if I move the upper arm bone hardly at all I’m given clear direction to knock it off. Passive rehab starts next Monday. Please follow your rehab schedule and heal properly
Good luck! Sounds painful. No, I don't know anything about the pain associated with a shoulder injury. I only know about the pain associated with a poorly glued sternum after open heart surgeryI’m trying but do you have any idea how hard it is to NOT use your arm? It would become a common law issue. Courts decide, as they do with most torts.Say Congress decides to go along and erase 230 from the code, and the president signs the law on Friday.
On Saturday Trump tweets "MAGA!" and Twitter flags it, saying "This is a bad tweet." What happens?
Ok so your stance is that modifying the post to redirect to their own sanctioned material on a large number of users in a clearly partisan fashion does not violate the good faith clause. Whelp I guess we disagree then.It would become a common law issue. Courts decide, as they do with most torts.
Their options lie along a spectrum between absolute liability and absolute immunity.
Absolute liability would be the end of many businesses, small and large, like Volnation, I imagine.
Absolute immunity likely goes too far.
I imagine they would settle on something very similar to what we have now. Liability certainly is not going to rest on whether the defendant appended a “disputed” tag to someone’s post.
Everything I've seen about restoring voting rights to felons from both sides only includes non-violent felons. I think previous sex offender would not fall under that caveat.
