2020 Presidential Race

But, if you do a hand recount, by humans, reading only the human readable portion that the voter reviewed before they entered the ballot into the machines, doesn't that negate all concerns about machines/software?
From what I understand the issue in GA revolves around a legal requirement for votes to be anonymous. Even the mail in votes. So when they receive a mail in ballot they are supposed to validate the legality of the ballot via signature, etc... and then separate the identity from the ballot. Camp Trump is questioning the legality of a large amount of mail in ballots.... after the identity of the voter has been separated from the ballot. It’s an uphill battle to say the least as it would seem that the information needed to identify questionable mail in ballots has been removed from the ballot as required by law

Dang, I thought I saw Bigfoot..........

Referring to allegations against Dominion and other voting software used in the 2020 election, Barr told the Associated Press, "There's been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven't seen anything to substantiate that."

I was only addressing the alleged problems using the voting machine hardware/software. It seems that by using the 100% double hand recount by humans procedure that was outlined in Georgia, all problems associated with voting machine hardware/software was eliminated.

You do know a audit and recount aren’t the same thing? Just wondering

I don't think it matters what they call it. If Georgia counted every ballot in the state by hand and didn't use any voting machines in the process of the hand recount, then the voting machine hardware/software can't be a problem, right?

See, the way to do it is, you use Bigfoot once and then you don’t use it for a while. Unless you’re trying to look like a total imbecile. I mean change it up. Maybe use dinosaur, unicorn or UFO.

So I was pointing out that a hand count would indeed provide an accurate count of the total ballots and remove Dominion from the equation but I think the current argument isn’t Dominion but rather a claim of significant amount of illegal mail in ballots... which due to GA voting laws at this point are likely unidentifiable

Eh I’m trying. Let’s be honest there are LOTS of balls in the air.

I’m especially a fan of any Joe Schmo filing a suit without standing that gets thrown out and the rubes spike the ball with “ok that’s 1,476,355 to 1 lulz” 😂 again it’s the same way the Gumps count Nattys

I'm asking you cuz I don't know. Do all states separate ballots from their envelopes once they pass signature verification?

Not to speak for ND but each state has its own rules. Some say that why we need a national standard. I am against that, bc I have yet to see much of anything, the Fed doesn't make drastically worse.

States execute elections according their own unique state laws. This is called out in the constitution. The situation I described is specific to GA and their voter anonymity laws. I don’t believe that is the case here in TX. There is no singular voting execution federal process.

I think the repeated Bigfoot references are spot on.
Did you happen to see one today? I think Trumpkins tweeted out that he did.
