You can't walk into court with proof if you don't have access to demonstrate fraud - all you can have at that point is allegations of impropriety - some may be valid and some not. But if we just dismiss allegations without analysis, then poll watchers etc are wasted effort, and we are a banana republic - or less. Our electoral process is like a sporting event without officials running the process.

I agree. If people believe this claim is valid they should be dragging people in front of cameras and microphones and getting that message out. It can’t be ignored by the states then, they can try.

So if they actually can repeat this test and get consistent results then another configuration audit needs to be performed immediately by that ProV&V company that did the original random sample machine audit. This shouldn’t be too hard to run to ground if this is real.

So here is the origin story. This audio is apparently patient zero with the info.

They don’t have the machines they just know it was a Ware Co machine(s)

It was discovered when Ware Co compared their archived paper ballots to the reported electronic data for their county.

There is a lot of misinformation about they “ran the ballots again” etc... nobody ran anything on a specific machine this is purely forensics.
