"The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above."

Even though it doesn't seem like it's for our freedoms overseas. Those troops deserve respect for defending our constitution. That includes free and fair elections. We've been at war for the last 20 years.

If what happens? One group is trying to overturn an election in courts despite no evidence and having 48 cases dismissed. Seems like a fascist and tyrannical thing to do.

Yeah a completely idiotic and unnecessary war that has absolutely nothing to do with the constitution. In fact one might say it violates it since we're 2 decades into a war that was never declared

I agree, the military industrial complex is part of the corruption today. However, anyone who volunteers or drafted and serves no matter where does it through an oath to the constitution.

A: The judicial branch.

Q: And what, pray tell, have the courts ruled on the litany of "rigged election" accusations by Trump?

A: That all of these accusations are 100% bogus. SCOTUS ruled yesterday they wouldn't even hear the PA case.

Q: So why, therefore, are Trump supporters incapable of recognizing the fact that a free and fair election was held, and that their candidate lost?

Texas would have to prove that there were voting irregularities and they can’t use that BS Trumpy proof but actual proof. I kind of like the fact that the Georgia AG basically called the Texas AG (who is under a ethics and federal corruption investigation) an idiot.

There was nothing fake about it. Russia interfered on Trump's behalf with Trump's blessing.
That's been proven beyond doubt.
