2020 Presidential Race

Do you think people have not fought and died for your freedoms? Has public education failed you? FFS, do you know of this entity called the military? Folks volunteer and are sometimes drafted on behalf of defending the constitution. Part of that costitution are free and fair elections.
What does this mean? Are you advocating for violence against fellow citizens?

"The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above."

When was the last draft to "defend the constitution?"

Unlike your hero I know what state I am in, I know who my sister is, I know who my wife is and I know George W Bush isn't President
Project much? I don’t think anyone here ever claimed Biden is their hero, unlike some republicans who take everything Trump says as word from god

They haven't done that on any scale in a long, long time. Sadly the number who did gets smaller every day
Even though it doesn't seem like it's for our freedoms overseas. Those troops deserve respect for defending our constitution. That includes free and fair elections. We've been at war for the last 20 years.

I'm not advocating for civil war. But, if it happens you do realize there will be violence, right?
If what happens? One group is trying to overturn an election in courts despite no evidence and having 48 cases dismissed. Seems like a fascist and tyrannical thing to do.

I don’t think history will be kind to a lot of you. Trump may go down as the worst president in history

Yeah a completely idiotic and unnecessary war that has absolutely nothing to do with the constitution. In fact one might say it violates it since we're 2 decades into a war that was never declared

Most of your statement are lies. I do want to know what you mean by history won't be kind to a lot of us?

I agree, the military industrial complex is part of the corruption today. However, anyone who volunteers or drafted and serves no matter where does it through an oath to the constitution.

And this will meet the same fate as all the other baseless claims by the dictator and his cult.

we shall see. I'm sure if there were "irregularities" in voting when Trump won in 2016 you'd be the first one to cry foul. Hell you guys propagated a fake Russian story for 4 years.

Would rather split peacefully. If the country continues to be more and more corrupt and divided there will eventually be another civil war. If this happens, all will be forced to fight or die.

Well, the good news is we elected the Corrupter-in-Chief out of the Oval Office, so that's one less problem to worry about.

And, no, the Constitution prohibits a peaceful "split" of our nation. The ignorant racist rednecks down South tried that once before, and had their collective asses handed to them.

Q: And whom, pray tell, serves as the arbiter of whether we had a "free and fair election"?

A: The judicial branch.

Q: And what, pray tell, have the courts ruled on the litany of "rigged election" accusations by Trump?

A: That all of these accusations are 100% bogus. SCOTUS ruled yesterday they wouldn't even hear the PA case.

Q: So why, therefore, are Trump supporters incapable of recognizing the fact that a free and fair election was held, and that their candidate lost?

Texas would have to prove that there were voting irregularities and they can’t use that BS Trumpy proof but actual proof. I kind of like the fact that the Georgia AG basically called the Texas AG (who is under a ethics and federal corruption investigation) an idiot.

There was nothing fake about it. Russia interfered on Trump's behalf with Trump's blessing.
That's been proven beyond doubt.
The right wing propaganda machine has worked tirelessly convincing you guys there was nothing to the story.
