2020 Presidential Race

The low rejection rate does not serve as proof of fraud. It can serve as a result of fraud, but by itself, it does not prove fraud. Statistical anomalies do occur by way of legitimate activity.

There is a very clear disconnect from what Trump's legal representation will allege when they are being interviewed on Fox News, versus what they will allege whenever they are standing before a judge, when there could be repercussions for lying.
This all damn day.

Cant prove anything if State Courts wont allow audits. Wouldnt let them bring suit before the election, no standing. Wont let them bring suit after the election, no standing. Exactly when were they supposed to bring suit? This is a judicial joke by the Courts.
When they appeared before Judge Brett Ludwig in Wisconsin. Judge Ludwig of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, a Trump appointee, was willing to hear the case brought forth by the Trump legal team. He was even willing to allow them to call witnesses and provide whatever proof of fraud that they had. The Trump legal team couldn't do it. The only explanation for that, is that they simply don't have any factual evidence of fraud, at least not significant enough to overturn the results of the presidential election.

These are quotes from the ruling made by Judge Brett Ludwig, a Trump appointee:

"This court has allowed the plaintiff the chance to make his case, and he has lost on the merits."

and ....

"This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for re-election has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed election administration issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred."

and finally,

"In his reply brief, plaintiff 'asks that the Rule of Law be followed.' It has been."

- Judge Brett Ludwig, Eastern District of Wisconsin, an appointee of President Donald Trump's.

No, when a State has record low rejection rates, the burden of proof is on the State.

I can guarantee if Trump won because a record number of ballots were rejected, the burden of proof would be on the State to explain themselves.

The fact these States have fought independent audits, is telling. Take a random 10k sample of mail ins along with envelopes for signature match, from across the State and let an independent commission audit. Very simple, should have already been done and gives public transparency.
Sorry to see you so disappointed buddy... but this is false. The burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused. Trump set you up to believe this narrative no matter what proof (or lack thereof) exists. Again, I’m sorry it’s so disappointing that most Americans don’t like trump... but he’s a giant POS so it stands to reason.

Trump has x number of followers on Twitter. Proof!
Donald Trump's days on Twitter may be numbered. A Twitter spokesperson told Forbes that Trump is currently shielded by Twitter's "World Leaders policy". This means that they will in most cases leave up a tweet that breaks it's rules, a policy established on the principle that regular citizens deserve to see what their heads of state are saying. However, after noon on January 20th, Trump will no longer fall under that protective policy and he will be required to follow the same guidelines as regular citizens... or else be banned. Wouldn't that be sweet? That would leave Fox News (who he has recently denounced) as his only outlet.

I really don't care. I hate Twitter. Trump is a Lame Duck President. His opinions and thoughts are completely worthless. He has been voted out by a huge landslide, per that c*** that has suddenly vanished. Time for everyone to move on.

It's not surprising, but the White House has still not acknowledged the Russian cyber attack, which reportedly targeted federal agencies including the energy department, the treasury and commerce departments and the agency responsible for the nuclear weapons stockpile.

"I think the White House needs to say something aggressive about what happened. This is almost as if you had a Russian bomber flying undetected over the country, including over the nation's capital, and not to respond in a setting like that is really stunning." - Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah)

It looks like Donald Trump will leave office just as he entered... not giving a damn about a Russian incursion into the United States.

Why is this thread still active.

Stop. Just stop.

Go get a hobby: Hunt for bigfoot. Buy a telescope in search of ALF. Take a trip to Loch Ness.

During the 2016 Presidential General Election campaign, Donald Trump stated many times that if he lost, it would be because the system was "rigged". Obviously, Trump didn't lose in 2016, so he didn't need that custom-made, built-in excuse. However, it was very predictable that the "fraud excuse" for losing would resurface again in 2020. That is just how his narcissistic nature works. There is not a set of conditions under which Donald Trump would ever lose an election, without completely attributing his defeat to either "fraud" or "cheating". Trump really is that self-absorbed, egotistical and obsessively concerned with protecting his brand's image and reputation. Trump's conduct has consistently demonstrated that his own selfish, egotistical needs far outweigh doing what is best for the country... at least in his mind.
