I'll be surprised if he gets the axe, for the same reason he hasn't already ===> $$$Donald Trump's days on Twitter may be numbered. A Twitter spokesperson told Forbes that Trump is currently shielded by Twitter's "World Leaders policy". This means that they will in most cases leave up a tweet that breaks it's rules, a policy established on the principle that regular citizens deserve to see what their heads of state are saying. However, after noon on January 20th, Trump will no longer fall under that protective policy and he will be required to follow the same guidelines as regular citizens... or else be banned. Wouldn't that be sweet? That would leave Fox News (who he has recently denounced) as his only outlet.
Per a tweet on Axios (20 minutes ago):Petty
Per a tweet on Axios (20 minutes ago):
A Trump administration official tells Axios that the cyber attack on the U.S. government and corporate America, apparently by Russia, is looking worse by the day - and secrets could still be stolen in ways not yet discovered.

It is not normal that the White House has not released a statement concerning something this serious in the 5 days since these reports broke. I'm not talking about reprisals, or even a direct response to Russia. How about some acknowledgment that the leadership of the United States government is aware of this story, and they are at least looking into it? Even Fox News has picked up the story now. For some reason, the White House doesn't want to go near it. I don't think they can hide from this for another month.
Had China been responsible for this? Trump and his minions in Congress would be tripping over each other to talk about it.
Is there any doubt that if China was believed to be responsible for such an incursion, that Trump would be tweet storming about it right now? For one reason or another, I think it's fair to say that Trump does not want to ever be critical of Putin and Russia. Trump is very careful not to accuse Russia of anything. He simply doesn't want to ruffle Putin's feathers... but why? This is beyond strange. But but.....China

Quite simply, really. When one person controls the economic activity of an entire country, it is wise to not ruffle that person's feathers. DJT's economic viability is exponentially enhanced when can promote to the largest audience possible. Is there any doubt that if China was believed to be responsible for such an incursion, that Trump would be tweet storming about it right now? I am going to be curious if you all are concerned with the access the Chinese will have with your boy for the next 2 yearsIs there any doubt that if China was believed to be responsible for such an incursion, that Trump would be tweet storming about it right now? "This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for re-election has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed election administration issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred."
Like I said, if China was believed to be responsible for such a bold and aggressive cyber attack against both the American government and American corporate entities, Trump would be tweeting non-stop about it right now.... but because it's his buddy Putin - we get nothing but the sound of crickets chirping. If the news media is reporting what "Trump Administration Officials" are saying isn't it logical that they are aware?
Why do you guys need public statements?
An aggressive statement needs to be made. The country needs it. The world needs to see it. BTW, caring what our allies think of us is an entirely different matter than giving a damn what the guy down the street thinks of you.If the news media is reporting what "Trump Administration Officials" are saying isn't it logical that they are aware?

The ONLY proof required at this point is from those crying foulfoullThis is a joke. They did bring suit before the election, the Court said it was too early.
You have yet to provide any proof for your assertions that the record low ballot rejection rate was legitimate other than the State said so and I believe them.
Those are not my words. Those are the words of Judge Brett Ludwig (who was an appointee of President Donald Trump), while he was laughing Trump's legal team out of court. This is a joke. They did bring suit before the election, the Court said it was too early.

I really don't care. I hate Twitter. Trump is a Lame Duck President. His opinions and thoughts are completely worthless. He has been voted out by a huge landslide, per that c*** that has suddenly vanished. Time for everyone to move on.
