You are not describing anything which is germane to winning a presidential election. That is done by way of electoral college votes. This is the only tally which matters:

Sure it's absurd. In fact, I see the hard line we take against Saudi Arabia, China, and other economic allies. If it wasn't for us and you military heroes enforcing things, the killing of homosexuals in SA and the slave labor in China would never have ended.

Oh wait, our justice starts with the premise that one is innocent until proven guilty in a court. So far trump cant even get enough together to get a serious court case. Ergo these states are innocent until proven otherwise.

Again, record low ballot rejection rates is proof. Not proof Trump won, but proof enough that the burden is then on the State to provide a legitimate explanation as to why they were so low. You deny that record low ballot rejection rates are proof of anything. You are wrong and are either ignorant or being intentionally so.
