What did he say at tonights rally that was untrue?Trump supporters have made this bizarre equation that being nasty and negative and saying things outside the boundaries of good taste and professional decorum is somehow refreshing and "telling it like it is".... Whether or not a single word of it is accurate, is completely immaterial.
If your point is that the press corps feeds it, and they could go a long way to killing his message if they didn't cover what he posts to his Twitter feed? I agree. Trump doesn't hold press conferences anymore. There are no daily press briefings and most of his interviews are with friendly hosts on Fox News. If the press just didn't cover his tweets??? Trump would have a much harder time getting a message (any message) out to anyone who doesn't watch Fox.

Trump trolls the media and they cannot help but take the bait. He owns them. And, in turn, you.
When the media starts the outrage cycle, one of you guys come here just as outraged parroting the same points.
Kushner in Baltimore and Moscow Mitch are just two examples from the past week.
Yep, I support a dude that is respectful, well-educated, speaks multiple languages, is a military vet, owns up to his mistakes, doesn't lie with every breath, and has solid center-left policy plans that I mostly agree with.
I like Pete too... the guy has a good future in politics. This just isn't his election cycle and he needs to beef up his resume. Nobody goes from the mayor of a town (pop. 102,000) to the White House. He should run against Todd Young for Senate in 2022.Yep, I support a dude that is respectful, well-educated, speaks multiple languages, is a military vet, owns up to his mistakes, doesn't lie with every breath, and has solid center-left policy plans that I mostly agree with.

I find it ironic that a lot of you on here like to call Pete "pandering". Did you not just watch Donnie's rally? That was pandering. Pete at least tries to connect with the other side (he went on Fox News and received a standing ovation, for example). Trump rambles on like an idiot yelling at a cloud in his backyard, panders to his base, attacks the rest of us, and then basks in the glory of his Red Hats chanting his sayings at him while creating false narratives about how he and everything he has supposedly done is the "best ever." He is a rampant liar and the ultimate pandering, snake-oil salesman. He has started on his pandering tour, but it won't work. Too many black homophobes.
