He goes to Rutgers Preparatory School in NJ according to 247 so I'm assuming that's why, Rutgers might have pushed hard early on

Penny will cross the recruiting guidelines and UM will once again be a target for the NCAA. I like our chances with KC and PB but Jabari Strong is such a beast of a Basketball Player.

I added BHH to the list as he’s expected to reclassify, and I definitely think Tennessee would be in full support of that.

Also, NCAA extended dead period through July 31st, that pretty much will put a bow on any live periods for AAU season. IMO that’s going to mean a lot of guys are going to focus on the schools that have been there, and not many new offers will go out like you usually would see this time of year. As long as there is CFB and students on campus I would expect OV’s to be allowed, but definitely going to be a case where getting guys on campus as juniors and having some early work put in could be huge.

It's amazing to be in the mix for half of the top 10. Just signing 2 or 3 of the top 100 year in and year out will keep me happy.
