I recall there were questions concerning BHH’s work ethic awhile back such that Calipari quit recruiting him to KY. Has that been corrected or was it never a legit thing?

Its probably we need him so badly that the coaches are willing to try and correct it when he gets to campus. TB mentioned a few weeks ago that he was a headcase and the coaches stopped recruiting him until they kind of had to again.

More speculation than anything. The belief being that if you are a top-10 player who favors UK and Cal doesn't want you, something must be amiss.

It truly doesn't matter that much who you play for in college, particularly at the power 5 level. Edwards was number 1 after playing at an awful Georgia team. Heck Wiseman went high and only played 3 games. That plus, in the latest much draft I saw, we have two players in the top 11, and Kentucky and Duke have zero in the top 15. BJ Boston is at 18, Jalen Johnson is at 21. That's a bad take. Play for a coach that will develop you.
