If it's begging to be abused how come nobody can prove it has been abused? Sorry, you don't get to decide who gets to vote, nor should anyone else.

I never said I did but this new method is crap. People who can't be bothered to exert any effort are highly unlikely to put any thought into their vote. We should not encourage and promote ignorance and laziness. If you think this isn't being abused you're lying

BLM org is a scam and had nothing to do with justice. That's been proven by how many are being arrested for fraud. Believers in both it and Q are idiots

I've posted this a couple of times. Using common sense it's easy to deduce what is going on here. Just think what was going on around the country in purple states. This was a national strategy. Democrats had been deploying lawyers around the country to challenge 2020 votes for two years or so. Covid fell into their lap. They just couldn't get away with this stunt in Tennessee. The intention was to ballot harvest. They won several state elections doing this.

The Tennessee Democratic Party and its U.S. Senate nominee Marquita Bradshaw filed a lawsuit Sunday against the state, accusing the Secretary of State's office of refusing to release the names of those who have not yet returned an absentee ballot.

According to the lawsuit filed in Davidson County Chancery Court, the state's public records law requires elections officials to release a list of voters who have not returned absentee ballots at the end of early voting.

“Transparent administration of the electoral process is central to our democracy,” Ken Taylor, Bradshaw’s campaign manager, said in a statement released by the state party. “The statute is clear. Voters have a right to know if their vote was received and counted. To not release the names of those who have and have not returned absentee ballots is not only illegal, it erodes the foundation of our democracy and equates to blatant voter suppression.”

I posted an anecdote earlier about a confirmed scheme going on in my town where folks are obviously harvesting mail in ballots and getting paid to do it.

I’m all for early voting, extended poll hours, weekend voting, expanding elections day to several days etc. But the problems with mass mail in and Dropbox voting are obvious.

Unless you simply don't want more people to vote. Increased voter participation makes elected leaders more representative of their constituency, not less - that's a good thing.

Unfortunately she will still probably vote with the Democrats agenda most of the time, but it gives Rep control of Senate 50-49 for the rest of this month if she does not caucus with Dems.

If Joe Manchin would now leave the Dems and join the Reps....the Dems lied to Manchin and did not keep their promises they made to him to get him to vote for the Inflation Reduction Act...(which had nothing to do with inflation or reduce anything but money in taxpayers pockets)...
Manchin's last-gasp permitting effort fails

True that we shouldn't expect much. It does give her more leverage to vote against them. Remember she left California for a reason. She is probably noticing Arizona is starting to taste like California and it's a bad taste.

If Manchin followed suit, Manchin/Sinema could basically hold both sides of the Senate hostage.

Has nothing to do with it. She wants to retain her influence. It's a symbolic move. She will still caucus with Democrats and she will still accept Democrat PAC money.

Manchin is bought and paid for, he's not leaving the Dem party.
