I don't think so. He seems like the most "made for the school he's currently at" coach of all time. He's gotten away with so many things there that he'd never get away with at any other school.

I'm a WVU alum and lived in the state (unfortunately) for several years. It's hard to overstate how divisive and bad that hire is for WVU. It tells me they legitimately couldn't get anyone else to take the job.

RichRod took a team from FCS to BCS and won the conference in year 2. He could always coach. His issue has always been off the field and from what Jack St people say, those problems are behind him.

Neal ****ing sucks but him getting bowl eligibility keeps the complacent program complacent. He should be fired more than any coach in cfb due to the hatred of fans, **** results, Dooley clone personality, yet I'm sure we let him stay "another year" to go 6-6 and keep the cycle going. If they wanted to be serious they'd go all in on having Saban involve himself with WVU unofficially and get Rich Rod back in (he is forgiven for leaving)
