Vance basically puts multiple states in play with the blue collar vote. I remember when it was a 100 percent given every four years that the Democrats had the blue collar/union vote locked up. The electoral world is basically undergoing a total realignment now and the Democrats are about to loose one of the three legs holding up their coalition (labor, minorities, and the urban elites). And a table cannot stand with only two legs.

The Democrats have dialed too far into the Urban Elites with their platform. Trump is chipping away at the Minority vote as well (doesn't have it yet but has made progress).

He won it in 2016. Atlanta is definitely big but if he just pull some of it (maybe 1/3) and then heavily win the rest, he has Georgia. I don't think that a lot of the Biden vote is going to go to Trump in 2024 in Georgia but I do think it may stay home.

Where I live, the majority don’t test for it. They don’t treat covid and just treat the symptoms. The quarantine rules are similar for other illnesses as well. No or lessening symptoms….you don’t have to quarantine. Quarantine until 24 hours after your fever has broken. A test really serves no purpose to but to waste money.

We all know how Biden hates to waste money.

So in summary of where we are at today; imagine that the Presidential race is a marathon; and the two leading runners are nearing the 20 mile mark. The second place runner is now realizing that he has no way to make up enough ground to win and is almost certain to lose. So the coach pulls him to the side and substitutes a new fresh runner for the last three miles. That is what is happening if the Democrats replace Biden now.
Once the primary voters have finished their process, you have made your choice. You have put your pick at the starters block. You don’t get to change runners in the last leg of the race just because you are about to lose.
The Democrats made their pick; they went through the checkout line and made the purchase. I am sorry but there is no return policy in politics. You picked your competitor and the contest is underway. If you lose, you lose.
Bottom line; once the delegates are selected, baring any ACUTE health event, you should not be able to substitute. And no one can claim that Joe Biden was perfectly fine during the primaries and then suddenly got his condition the night of the debate.
So quit your whining and finish the game and accept the results of your choices!
