Scandal behind the Cackle! As Kamala's former lover - who's 31 YEARS her senior - demands Biden make her president NOW... all the Sordid Secrets America's 'Momala' hopes you've forgotten

Vice President Kamala Harris's ex-lover has a bright idea.

Former San Francisco mayor and notorious playboy, Willie Brown, 90, who is 31 years Harris's senior and dated her in the 1990s, summoned local reporters for an impromptu news conference on Sunday.

Speaking outside John's Grill, where he holds court with the city's political elite, just moments after President Joe Biden's surprise announcement that he'd suspended his campaign, Brown told journalists that the president shouldn't just cede the Democratic nomination to Kamala, but he should make her commander-in-chief immediately.

Kamala Harris' career has been dogged by controversies with critics claiming she was given a boost by her relationship with former San Francisco mayor Willie Brown in the 1990s

Sounding more like a doting teacher than a past lover, he heaped praise on Harris, telling The San Francisco Chronicle: 'In all the jobs she's had… she's always been outstanding.'

In April, talk-show host Drew Barrymore heaped praise on our Vice President, cringingly christening her 'Momala' and saying, 'I've been thinking that we all need a tremendous hug in the world now, but in our country, we need you to be Momala of the country.'

A closer look behind Harris's career – dogged by allegations of hypocrisy and dishonesty – suggests that such a rebrand may be an insurmountable task.

Even her earliest days in politics were tarnished by scandal.

In 1994, Harris was a 29-year-old rising star in the Alameda County District Attorney's Office when she struck up a relationship with Brown – the then 60-year-old speaker of the state Assembly and one of the most powerful men in California.

Could Kamala Harris' inappropriate laughter and 'word salads' be symptoms of a little-known psychological condition?

Kamala Harris's rambling 'word salad' speeches may be a symptom of a little-known but common psychological condition called Logorrhoea — also known as verbal diarrhoea.

The US Vice President, who was endorsed by Joe Biden after he bowed out of the presidential race on Sunday, is known for her jumbled, sometimes incoherent speaking style.

Some of her most infamous speeches have included ones about the 'significance of the passage of time' and the 'need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go'.

A baffling anecdote about falling out of a coconut tree has also been a rich resource for internet meme-makers, and a study that analysed Ms Harris's speech during a vice presidential debate concluded that 'social factors' were the most likely cause of her 'word salad' rambling.

Elon Musk mocked Vice President Kamala Harris status as Democratic presidential nominee in waiting by posting a video showing the former DA introducing a meeting by describing not just her preferred gender pronouns, but also what she was wearing.

'I am Kamala Harris; my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit,' Harris says in introducing a roundtable meeting held at the Eisenhower Executive Office building in 2022.

'Imagine 4 years of this...,' Musk quipped in posting the clip showing Harris chairing the meeting, which was a discussion on the effects of abortion restrictions would have on the disabled community and had a large number of visually impaired people tuning in.

I haven't voted in the Presidential since 2012. From 1984 till then it was a mixed bag. I turned 18 in 1981.

The key is that you will never find a candidate that you will 100% agree with across the board. Just vote for the one that you feel like will make our nation stronger and keep us going forward.

Local elections are, really, more important than the President when it comes to impacting your life. President doesn't have a lot of power but it takes on importance in that it gives a blank check to Congress and other groups on what the American people prefer.

I'm much more concerned about this state's move to legislate culture with these Trump Republicans in charge

The urgency is real. My understanding is it takes a team of professionals to run a campaign. She needs to get those people hired. I guess she can absorb Biden's team assuming they get along. So in addition to the marketing and messaging to the votes, she's got a lot of admin work to do.
But weren't all the rumors that the teams didn't get along? That Kamala was insufferable and so were her people?

At what percentage of agreement would I be correct to abandon other principles to vote for a candidate?

33% agreement, 51%, maybe 75%? I agree there is no candidate at 100% with me, but how low does the percentage go before I am allowed to conscientiously abstain?

Netanyahu heads to DC to meet with President Biden, Kamala Harris after Joe drops out

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu departed for the US Monday, where he is expected to meet with President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris before delivering a speech to Congress.

Both sides are doing that. It really depends on what culture you are on.

This is why I think unity is impossible. A staunch atheist or satanist has nothing in common with a Christian for example. How do you find unity when they live in two different worlds?

US was unified in the past because it was mostly a Christian nation (maybe not so much in legislature but culture).

You can't really legislature culture anyways. People are not going to change just because you put a Bible or Transgender book reader in the school system.

That is up to you but abstaining doesn't get you anywhere either. Frankly, I don't mind when they talk about % of people that show up to vote because if people aren't informed enough to get out and vote, we probably don't want them voting anyways.

I understand it is up to me. I am getting your insight on what percentage (since no one is 100%) is good enough?
