@BowlBrother85 -Using round numbers and ignoring immaterial noise

Trump spent 5T more than brought in and had another 3T in debt for the 10 year accounting estimates (largely for TCJA). There's your 8T.

Biden will spend 8T more than brought in and will have debt reduction of 3T largely because tax revenues from TCJA (and taxes from wage inflation) exceeded GAO forecast.

If you want to give Biden credit for this because of inflation, I guess you can. But both are a $$$ embarrasment.

With very different economies. It's apples to oranges. The biggest point I make of Trump's reckless spending is how little was achieved from it all ... and how unnecessary it was as stimulus.

I discount 2020 and 2021. I might even slightly discount 2022. However, spending close to $2T more than you bring in 2024 isnt defensible....

Politico Admits ‘Border Czar’ Harris ‘Resisted Taking Ownership of Immigration’

Vice President Kamala Harris refused to help fix President Joe Biden’s border collapse in 2021, said the “head of news” at Politico, a pro-establishment media site in Washington, DC.

The article by the “head of news” admitted:

Harris, too, resisted taking ownership of immigration; when Biden charged her with managing the troubled Northern Triangle countries in Central America, Harris bristled at the implication that she had a direct role to play in fixing the border.

The admission is useful for voters because D.C. reporters are running away from their March 2021 cheerleading for Harris’s role as “border czar.” The formal job and title do not exist, but D.C. politicians, staffers, and journalists have long used “czar” to describe top officials who handle issues that cross many agencies.

The problem with that is simple. The attacks that matter, that can't be blurred or ones that no one really gives a shat about, get muddied and lost. His Covid actions and his actions during the riots will scare undecideds to Trump. His military service gets a big yawn. If personal behavior, actions, and lying were a problem Trump would not be a nominee.
The longer he takes to find something that sticks, the longer Kamala gets to be all things to all people and the lady who saved us from the rematch of the dottards.

What’s a trillion or two when talking federal budget deficits?

Shop Owner Reveals Heart-Wrenching Experience After BLM Riots 'destroyed' his store on Gov Walz's Watch

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Minnesota business owner who watched helplessly as his St. Paul establishment was destroyed during the 2020 George Floyd riots spoke to Fox News Digital about how the state, led by Gov. Tim Walz, failed to protect business owners like him.

"When the rioters first came here they went and destroyed the strip mall on the left-hand side here, I was in my shop," Long Her, owner of New Fashion Tailoring and Alteration in St. Paul, Minnesota, told Fox News Digital. "I witnessed everything and videotaped. My friend and I stayed in our shop until nightfall, and I was going to go to sleep and watch over my shop, but my friends said, 'it's too dangerous, let's go home' so we ended up going home that night."

When Her came back the next morning to check on the store that he had owned for decades, he discovered his worst fears had come true, and the location was ransacked.

"The next day when I came here to find that my shop was destroyed, as a man, I couldn't do anything but cry," Her told Fox News Digital through translator May Lor Xiong, a Republican running for Congress in Minnesota’s 4th Congressional District.

Her said rioters broke down his reinforced door and stole all the inventory in his store, which represented a dollar amount of $200,000.

100%. Which is why his early attacks about her "not being black" were about as dumb and predictable as one could expect. Played right into the hands of the Dems.

The no tax on tips is a stupid policy and is a mindless election ploy by both sides. The government should not be in the business of subsidizing an entire industry, especially one already subsidized via FICA tip credits and minimum wage law differences....

The cashier at Target or the kid at the Chick Fil A drive thru line is providing a service to a customer just like a waitress. All should be subject to taxes for what they make in providing a service....

Walz retired on May 16, 2005. Walz's brigade received alert orders for mobilization on July 14, 2005, according to the National Guard and MPR News. The official mobilization report came the following month, and the unit mobilized and trained through the fall. It was finally deployed to Iraq in the spring of 2006.

Now, if Behrends (whatever the guy's name is) wants to make issue of the "carried a gun in war" comment? Fine. Have at it. Call it stolen valor, even.

However, to refer to this ^^^ as being a "desertion" is ridiculous, and it will distract from other more valid points of criticism.
And have you seen the reports that even though the official orders didn’t come out until July 2005, everyone knew through the grapevine that the orders were coming in November 2004. Walz knew what was coming and got out while he could.
And he even told his supervisors in February that he was staying in and would be deploying with them.
This kind of stuff might play okay in Little Canada (Minnesota) but it is going to go over like a lead ballon in the rest of flyover America.
