It would be hard to stop it with a government. To me it is a battle outside the political arena and not for elections. You are right that we need to focus on the fiscal part of the government (key is having a solvent government; that is what will help the economy).

Abortion is something you preach/teach to people against on an individual basis. Also being there for the girl/woman considering it is HUGE to avoid it. Find another path for them.

If we outlawed abortion, for example. We would still need a solid mechanism to help those women in place.

He only denounced it, after it became untenable politically. How is it fear-mongering? That doesn't make any sense either. Trump is still on record supporting many of the policies that Project 2025 advocates.
