I can understand the unique circumstances that came about this summer (totally because the party lied to us all for months and months); but at least be honest with the American people and admit that “democracy” is being sidelined one time for this particular “unique” election. National guard is deployed by the governor of the state last I heard. It’s a slippery slope to send in troops to a state when your party is all about states governing themselves.

And he has served four years. Except for Covid (which was not his fault), no one can seem to point out what was so terrible about those four years. I think most unbiased people could see and predict in January 2024 that Biden was in no shape physically or mentally to serve through 2028. He could’ve easily withdrawn from the 2024 race and there would’ve been an open primary. It’s clear that this was the game plan to avoid a messy primary pitting Dem vs Dem instead of against Trump.
