That’s the problem though, they are afraid of retribution. Medical lawsuits are no joke and no body wants their livelihood destroyed.

I wouldn't be nervous about it. What's going to happen is going to happen. If Kamala is elected, it'll essentially just be 4 more years of Biden, with additional price controls, unrealized capital gains taxation (25%), more than doubling of the capital gains tax rate (44.6%), and an increase in corporate taxes (28%).

I believe that if we are using potions of the Bible to teach children sex acts in detail then yes it shouldn't be there...according to RT85 post .I was wrong, but it does have the caveat for why the Bible is there.....many of the books that conservatives are against serve no purpose then to sexualize children...if your ok with those then you have to be ok with playboy etc..as well. Which shouldn't be in schools either.

Thanks...I made an assumption based on the 1963 ruling..didn't realize the caveat of for teaching objective religious teaching..like having the Kuran.. teaching sexual acts in a book serves no purpose for a public school setting except to sexualize children

If the teacher is Teaching to those portions of the Bible then no it should be allowed .if it being used as an objectively the. It goes with the court ruling explain to me how a book depicting a child giving a adult a simulated BJ is educational to a 7 year old?? Give a valid reason. For that and I'll drop it .

Again...the SCOTUS ruled on the use of the Bible in schools...if it was found that a teacher was teaching those specific parts of the Bible, then yes there would be a argument to remove it..the sole purpose of those book that have been removed are to teach the act of sex to kids...if your unable to see the difference the. You have some serious issues...show me in the Bible where it shows a detailed explanation with a picture of a child simulating felatio on an adult? Your argument hold no water unless you can provide how the books removed teach something other the sex and sexual orientation and acts
