Thinking back to Pence and how the Dems were afraid he was going to coup Biden by not certifying the electoral votes, or whatever the exact fear mongering was on 1/6. seems like even more of a risk when you are certifying potentially yourself.

Nothing to do with FL law. The procedure is only done starting at 10wks. So any findings would be 4wks too late
