2024 Presidential Race

Is it? You must've misinterpreted my comment. I'm absolutely disappointed.

The context behind my post was an interesting share of information. Trump is a racist, and a Xenophobe, as are many others.

The fact HE was able to pull black and brown MALE voters, those who may suffer most during his tenure, to me underscores how bad a candidate Dems trotted out ththere.
Why would they suffer more?

Another reason Trump won.

Consider the fact that Kamala Harris raised over $1B in a little over three months. Where did it all come from?

Trump wants to keep and add to the strongest military in the world, but he'd rather not have to use it.
Raised 1 billion, controlled most of the media, and they still lost? . this is a remarkable achievement for Republicans, whom the odds were stacked against for sure… no wonder the Dems thought they had it in the bag

I would love that, we need to win states like California, New York, and Illinois back. Not just for elections but the fact is, we as a nation, are stronger when those states are doing well. Their governments have these states going into the toilet right now (especially on state debt and finances). We as a nation, need to turn these states around.

I have taken care of children for 23 years, now. Without any shadow of a doubt, vaccine hesitancy has been primarily a "liberal" phenomenon, at least until the CV19 pandemic.

Once the free-thinking, anti-establishment, progressive party was told to trust the science by wearing a mask, keeping kids out of school, and taking experimental shots to cure COVID, there was somewhat of a shift.

Now, I see about an equal number of non-vaccinators on each side.
Do you ask parents about ideology or political leanings wrt to vaccines?

so it will be interesting to see if Dem pols react like they did in 2016 calling him an illegitimate President, boycotting the inauguration and calling for him not to be certified
Remember when the Dems had everyone line the streets for the inauguration and turned their backs to Bush? Now they are like ‘we love Bush, he wasn’t so bad’ lmao 😂 If you think about it, Democrats kind of created or at least actively participated in a lot of the political division and divisiveness

You might find it interesting that there have been studies comparing surgical wound infections with and without masked surgical staff. There is no benefit to the patient. Surgical masks are designed solely to keep debris off the face.

Heh. I defer to your expertise... but...

Per the NIH:

"In conclusion, Even though there is insufficient evidence to support or refute the use of face masks, most surgeons prefer to keep a cautious approach to the matter and echo the recommendations of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. Their historical evolution has shown their importance in infection control."

Also, do you perform surgery and if you do, do you wear a mask in the OR? Do your surgeon colleagues wear masks in the OR?

that doesn't refute what KD has said

They dont declare EV by square footage of the counties won....

He is going to lose CA by 4 million votes....

yeah, this is a pipe dream analysis.

further, I don't see the next R repeating Trump's performance outside the normal R/I voters unless he does so well that some of the old D coalitions get more open-minded

Was on a work call today. When Biden won, no one asked for or was offered "emotional support" following the election.

Today, people were offered "emotional support" and the boss asked for "empathy" throughout the team.

I just laughed. My wife was sitting next to me hearing the call and just rolled her eyes.

Our society is filled with pussies.
