I'm not talking about Trump. I'm talking about a deep blue state allowing votes up to a week following an election. O'Donnell brags about California still having votes come in that favors blue no matter who.

Lol. He probably does. He has proposed limiting the fire rate of semiautomatic weapons before😂. I think one of his methods was to take the average out of 9 shooters and that’s the mark. Somehow a semiautomatic weapons before will be restricted to that fire rate 🤣.

So we can take the 1200 per minute and simplify. 20 rounds per second.
The point is that fire rate is measurable.

Just for arguments sake - the max fire rate should be capped at 20 rounds per 5 seconds.
