Disagree. Do it first. You dont have to wait for charges or even an inquiry. He has the power. Paints trump as guilty. All he can do is scream “innocent.” and Biden can play it off as wanting the country to heal and move on. He looks like the bigger man. Would have been brilliant political strategy. Due to his ego, Trump is transactional. Say nice things about him, and he will take it at face value. Say negative things about him, and he will assign it a bias or some sort of malice. He is very simple-minded in that regard. It's always about him too, and personal. The last thing it would involve is diplomacy.
