I saw her play a little bit upside is enormous for his player. She is already very good will be great.
Oh excellent! So Sam did not come home completely empty handed, got a visit.
She's visiting others while in the US too.
I'm sure. Probably UConn at least.

This is exactly the kind of recruit the LVs need to close the dang deal on!

The current LVols 2024 commit Kaniya Boyd is one of the most gifted athletes in the class. Around the aau circuit and hs basketball landscape she has “big-time status” and is a player that folks who know basketball will tell you has the “it” factor. Will be a lockdown defender.
A natural leader and will contribute from Day 1. The international prospect if she does commit would be a core piece as well. Tennessee likely signs three HS prospects in the 2024 class.

Ballout reports that she has official visits with UT, Va Tech, UNC and Maryland though UCONN is also recruiting her. They compared her combination of size and finesse to Akeem Olajawon.
Really. #34 Olajuwon? If I squint, and consider the athlete that first stepped on the floor at Hofheinz….maybe. That seems a little broad brushed to me though.

Everybody forgets Clyde the Glide was on that Phi Slamma Jamma team with Olajuwon.

UConn already has a Portugese player on their team, sophomore Inez Bettencourt who is currently playing for team Portugal U20. That and UConn's rep for putting players in the W might be enough to tip the scales in their favor.

The players that Connecticut gets are generally going to the W anyway. And many other players that play at other schools are going too. Certainly a 6-6 player with Silva’s skill set would project very highly from any of her choices, navy blue or not.

Kellie will be her coach for her entire collegiate career. Geno will almost assuredly not be there through her career. Additionally Lady Vols could have the number one pick in the W this year as well as Jordy in the running for rookie of the year.
UConn is on a downward trajectory.

UConn is in a position where they are going to have to make choices of who they want to go after. They have very limited scholarships available. They only have two openings for 2024

Probably Cooper but she will sit out this season transferring way past the deadline

If it's her she can apply for a special waiver and with the NCAA anything is possible 😂 I do wonder why she didn't transfer before the deadline.

If it is her how exciting to add another McD All American and 5 star talent.
