If my math is right, this appears to have been done on "only" 40 pitches.
Only 1 AB went to full count. Only 2 batters got to 2 strikes and only 2 guys to ball 3

ECU had only two hits for the first 7 innings. Both on two outs that did not get past 1st base
Pirates did earn three walks in the first 7 innings, including two in the 6th that allowed their first baserunner to reach 2nd base.
