Right now I'm thinking Spearman, Latham, Nye, Rogers, McQueen, and KIng might join the roster so where does that leave some of the current players. I'd say Tess could look for a big cut in minutes. Puckett might see some minutes cut, but still play a decent amount at the three. Jill and Spearman split to some extent at the five and same for King and Latham at the four. That leaves Cooper, Wells, McQueen, and Boyd to compete for point guard and backup minutes at the two. I can see Rogers holding down the three along with Puckett. We might see Cooper there as well, but she is a slasher and better suited to play one and two.

This is as athletic as we've been in a while this team should defend really well and have no problem scoring both from the perimeter and inside. I don't see a role for Strickland if we get all those six transfers.

They like to spread it out and shoot threes and don’t have a lot of posts on their current roster. Parrish has had to play down low at times due to lack of height.

Yeah a couple I listed as possible transfers out I don’t think it would really be their idea. If the new staff is able to recruit over them, they will, and will ask them to move on likely.

Unfortunate, but the roster was not left in the best spot and the new staff have to prepare for the future, not just next season.

They don’t have to sit out multiple time transfers are free game bc of court… and their coach was fired so that a different waiver

I don’t like jumping into speculative conversations with no backing… but ive heard rumbling around team culture and think a few won’t be able to handle Kim. There were clear problems with culture under previous

I too have a different list of players who maybe aren’t fits but won’t post bc it’s pointless

I'm really back and forth on that, as many seem to be. She's such a good 3 pt shooter. Others seem to think she couldn't get up and down, but I'm not sure about that. She'll never be fast, but I'll bet she'd be in the best shape of her life. I'm not sure every player in the new 'system' are expected to be speed demons.

I bet she goes to Alabama or Auburn to play closer to home. I wish her all the best and so glad she's graduating so she can be an LVFL as she richly deserves to be.

Let her go to another SEC scholl and see how that LVFL thing plays out.

I figure she has to be at the two with Spear. Seems 20 minutes is a lot of playing time in this system so that certainly could be the case of the position. Point guard will really be squeezed if McQueen or some other player comes on board. JMO I think the job could go to Cooper and McQueen if she transfers here and that leaves Boyd and Wells without much time on the court.

I mean you look at it and if we got those six transfers opponents would face pure hell for 40 minutes cause we'd have 10 plus players that could press you hard and your not getting that tired playing in four or five minute stretches.

Did Diamond Deshields graduate at UT?

Karo will graduate in May then transfer out for her 4th year

I’ve checked out a few clips and that’s someone we can use, we don’t have anyone like her on the current roster, that would be our 3rd starter and we would just need to pick up 2 more.
