Oof I just don’t wanna see it for her sake. I think she has so much potential and will be so misused there.

Literally will not touch the ball unless it’s off a rebound. Raya Marshall is super athletic and was not properly utilized all season.

Gottlieb had Anigwe for 4 years and she was one of the most athletic posts I ever saw. She never really developed new skills in her college career and was a bust in the WNBA after averaging 22pts and 16rebs on a mediocre Cal team as a senior.

Gottlieb is a great recruiter but I maintain she’s really not a very good coach, ever with her NBA experience. Glad we didn’t end up with her in Knoxville.

Kiki will be fine, I watched every game she played this season. She’s not the kind of player that needs a bunch of plays run for her, she just makes things happen, she makes very quick decisions once she catches a pass, this is the best fit for her and Juju.

I will say I do think it’s funny u are “obsessed” with Kiki when I bet u wouldn’t (like many others) have even wanted her last year… just saying. Would u trust a coaches eval to allow a player like her to grow and become “the most improved player in the country”

Not a dig but a serious question? U say u like watching film. Could u predict the incoming of a dominant Kiki?

I look at a players game and project protection and not the finished product. As an example I’ll use one of my other favorites Lauren Betts, last year she averaged 5ppg but I knew she had the game to be great, I said we should get her and make Key a backup and most people on here said she wasn’t good because she didn’t get playing time at Stanford, well look how that turned out. If I can see enough film to analyzed their game I can make my decision. Now do u understand how I evaluate players?

Well Betts was a unanimous NUMBER 1 player in the country and was a USA tournament MVP… so… i mean. Everyone knew she would be good eventually.
