We don’t have an elite player like Rickea but since there’s better role players I would say it’s about equal now, maybe one win in the NCAA tournament.

I NEVER got leader vibes from her. We actually seemed pretty leaderless imo. So many on here just run with social media narratives (partially guilty myself but still)

She was a leader by example, not very vocal at all. I think that’s what’s the team was lacking a true vocal and inspirational leader.

Don’t know about Mad but I definitely said Tess was a team leader. Tess always seemed to be the one talking in the huddles. I think the younger players really looked up to Rickea and she seemed to take newbies, particularly transfers under her wing. There are different types of leaders.

Hmm I fully disagree. Maybe appreciated her ability but I have a way higher standard to be a leader.
