The one in 2019 made it to the floor. IIRC its was DOA because a lot of the Dems wouldn't even vote for it, saying it didn't go far enough. and there were a couple others who weren't going to vote for it either. Thanks
Has any of that actually gone into committee? Looks to me like much of that won't affect most gun owners. Not all, of course, but most of us
it does a good bit if you are/want to be a good/legal gun owner.I freely admit I don't know much about history and timing of laws about guns. That has nothing to do with owning and knowing how to use them.
Not history and timing. There is some nuance.it does a good bit if you are/want to be a good/legal gun owner.
if I travel with mine across state lines, I make sure I look up what each state requires when traveling, and go by the most restrictive. it can vary a good bit, and even here in the SE you can end up with a felony pretty easy if you aren't careful.
She just isn't a good candidate. She barely lost the Governors race which had its fair share of oddities.
But then hopefully Trump will bow to the Democrats' wishes and increase the number of seats. That and killing the filibuster should make them happy.Clarence Thomas will likely retire and be replaced with a younger model. Alito is a possibility too. It won't change the balance. It will lock in the current balance for a longer period of time.
