2025 Recruiting

Another bad move

Taliyah Henderson, F

Height: 6-1 |Salpointe Catholic HS (Ariz.)

Henderson has to be one of the strongest players in the 2025 class. Also nationally elite in track, she gets up and down the court fast and smoothly. She uses her physical tools to outmuscle opponents inside, but has enough finesse to push the ball, stop under control, and make quality decisions. She is a very good passer and facilitator as a forward.

Henderson is an elite rebounder and plays the game with relentless energy. She has major upside potential as she adds to her offensive game.

Her recruitment includes offers from Utah, Arizona State, BYU, San Diego, Grand Canyon, Utah Valley and Hampton and she is garnering interest from programs like Oregon, Arizona and Illinois.

Really a bad move?

The only thing I care about is her game, and she’s better than a few players on on current roster, she has all the tools and I would love to see her in orange.

Just read your stuff… potential and look at the offers

He seems to attract a certain type of player. Snarky, smart *ss types.
Other than your beloved Taurasi, name one. Not Sue Bird or Napheesa Collier. Not Gabby Williams or Lopez Sénéchal or Júhaz. Who are the snarky smartass types you reference?
Is Dolson snarky? Dangerfield?

You must be one of those people who try to prove their LVFL bona fides by calling him Gino.
That sort of childish nonsense gets old quickly, but don't let me stop you.

Reply number 2;

Flau'jae was not close to a top 5 recruit and yet she is now considered the number one NIL earner in the game AND was close coming out of high school. Why? She had one of the biggest internet following of all due to her hip hop music. According to one recent reviewer, she is this year's number one NIL recipient - above Paige who also has a big internet following.
She isn’t even in PB’s stratosphere for NIL endorsement money, check the national contracts and their values, which are public.

We (SCar)) aren’t the only ones doing but we are an example of a place where it works. We paid freshman Tessa Johnson (25) the same as Mizlaysis Fulwiley (13), both have signed a number of private NIL deals since then,

Cardosa made the same $25k base. Everybody equal. No unequal treatment by the school. Private enterprise inequality of pay? Yeah. The American Way!
Cardoso was not able to make the team $25k because she was a foreigner on a student Visa…..

Why do you say not in top 8 for Jasmine Davidson?

"The head coach, Coach Kim, reached out to me and was telling me (that) Tennessee is still the school for me," Brooks said. "They've been my dream school since middle school, so I'm giving them a fair shot. They've been recruiting me hard, and we've talked a few times. Coach Caldwell likes my game and thinks I fit Tennessee's playing style and wants me committed again to Tennessee. We have a good relationship, we've been chatting, and I've been talking to the whole staff as well."
